Waiting.
Abraham and Sarah were given a promise. God told them they would have a son. They waited 25 years! The joy they must have experienced when “the fullness of time” unfolded! Wow!
The way of God is a way of patience, waiting, faith, and long suffering.
1 COR 13:4-8A
Love suffers long (is patient) and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
By faith, I have been waiting over 24 years for the 9th miracle to unfold (arrive).
Hebrews 11:1 “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.“
There are 8 miracles in my first book. I know by experience that faith honors God and God honors faith.
I have prayed on and off for 30 years for the 9th miracle in my life and I know God has heard me and is faithful.
Mark 11:24 “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
God means what He says and says what He means.
Andrew Murray, in his book Waiting on God, has this to say on Page 88. “Be assured that if God waits longer than you could wish, it is only to make the blessing doubly precious.”
God has something special planned in answer to my request for miracle # 9! I believe she knows that the God ordained day is yet to unfold as well. God has given me 100% faith to believe – He is the promise keeper!
