Jan 6, 2017 New Year, New Beginnings

I haven’t been able to blog in awhile. My mom was very ill and did pass away in early December. She was a living saint. She suffered through many trials and barely complained. She always prayed “not my will be done, but Thy will be done.” Jesus prayed that same prayer!

In the life of a follower of Christ, God is working all things together for the believer. In the mystery of His plan – He uses the sufferings in the life of a Christ follower – as a part of the transformation process. We become more like Christ when we go through sufferings and look to the Lord.

NKJV says, Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Always trust God. For a follower of Jesus – it is “darkest before dawn.”

A New Year is a good time for a new beginning. I would like to encourage you to give God control of your life!

Have a blessed 2017.
