2 COR 5:17 (NKJV) says “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of Eden – thus – that sin nature has been passed down from one generation to the next. That is the bad news. We all have sinned. But – there is good news. God sent Jesus to this earth to redeem us. To save us from our sins. On the day of Good Friday He died for the sins of the world. His blood was shed for us. (John 14:6 says He is the only way to God). The good news is – that He arose from the dead. He offers forgiveness, freedom, and His love. He wants to save each person. But He does give free will. We are not created as robots. If you are trapped by sin, you can turn to the Lord today. Romans 10:13 (NKJV) says “For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.“ His amazing grace is greater than any sin!
